For this event, your expenses will include the following:

• Transportation to and from the event.
• Your hotel room (We’ve secured a special rate of $139 per night in our room block, with the option of 2 standard queen beds or 1 king bed).
• An optional dinner upgrade for $25: Tacos with the Terrells (taco bar).
• Your meals and snacks throughout the weekend.
• Your Guild event pass, priced at $130.

YES! We included double queen rooms in our block for those that might want to reduce costs and have a roommate. 

Many in the Guild have become close friends and you might want to have a super fun adult sleepover party with your bestie.  I get it.  So I say go for it!!

Roommates need to be sorted out amongst yourselves.  We will not be actively facilitating roommates. 

You do not have to stay at the hotel with everyone.  

However, I will be 100% transparent.  In past events people have not stayed with us at the hotel and have indicated that they felt left out of a lot. 

That will probably happen here.  Many of the most precious moments from these weekends retreats are the accidental interactions in the down time.  

So while you don't have to stay at the hotel, I would expect to hang out at the hotel with us a lot.  

We understand that plans can change, and we've tailored our refund policy to be as accommodating as possible:

• Full Refunds: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event's start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $15 administrative fee. This fee covers some of the costs we incur in processing registrations and cancellations.

• Partial Refunds: If you cancel your attendance between 30 to 59 days before the event, you can receive a 50% refund of your registration fee. This policy is in place to account for the expenses committed as the event date approaches.

• No Refunds: Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 29 days of the event. At this point, we have already allocated resources based on the number of attendees.

Should the event be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund to all registered participants. We aim to communicate any such decisions well in advance.

We’ve got Tacos with the Terrells on Friday night (10/25) at 5 PM local time—taco 'bout an awesome time! A catered taco bar at the hotel with great food and even better company.

Once you’ve secured your event ticket, you can add a "Tacos with the Terrells" meal ticket for just $25—because, let’s be real, who says no to tacos?

It’s optional, but really, who’s skipping out on tacos? Space is limited!

All other meals will be on your own, so plan accordingly!
