I would like to welcome you to your weight loss adventure!!  

Yes, your life is indeed an adventure and you are the main character. The protagonist. The hero of your story and this is the beginning of your quest to discover and unleash the next level you. 

Losing weight is often referred to as a journey.  However, as I was on my own 125 lbs weight loss adventure I realized that it was something different.  "Journey" just didn't quit capture it correctly. 

It's a very special kind of journey.  It's a quest.  A quest to find the life you're missing out on.  A quest to learn more about yourself.  A quest to find your next level of greatness. 

I won't lie to you it's not an easy journey.  

However, IT IS WORTH IT!!

About Me

My name is Chris Terrell and I’ll be your guide along the quest that lies before you.  

I’ve completed my own hero quest and am finally living in the body of my dreams and always continuing to build the life of my dreams as well.  My quest was the most rewarding and challenging experience of my life I would be honored to help you complete yours. 

On my own 125 lbs weight loss adventure there were a plethora of pitfalls, tourist traps, unexpected plot twists, & even a time or two where I truly doubted if I was up to the task that lay before me.  

I want to tell you about the journey and share with you what I learned to help you get to the end of your quest.
