Through my journey of losing 125 pounds, I learned valuable lessons that I'd like to share with you.

I've had my own battles with weight and self-doubt.  I had to learn how to overcome these things and I want to teach you how to do it too. 

So, let's leave behind fads and unrealistic expectations promised by most weight loss programs.

First-Hand Experience


I've undergone a significant weight loss journey myself.

I battled my weight since high school.  I yo-yo dieted my way upward for decades before I figured out the process for sustainable and lasting weight loss. However, it was slow.

It took me 26 consecutive months to shed 125 pounds.

This first-hand experience gives me a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs involved in weight loss.

This goes far beyond just knowing how to track calories.  You must have the mindset and principles to help you actually stick to this for years! 

My programs teach you the process of losing weight, and we teach you how to integrate the changes so that the results are permanent.
