Guild of Champions Text (SMS) Updates

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
By opting in or texting us, you agree to receive text messages from Chris Terrell Coaching Inc. about The Guild of Champions. Messages are limited to (a) reminders of meeting or coaching times and (b) replies to questions you send us by text, including questions about your account, our programs, and our company. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
2. CONSENT
Opting in is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of membership. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are 18 or older. Your consent covers the message types listed above.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message services we use to deliver our messages. Those providers may use it only to deliver our messages. All other sharing described in this policy excludes mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent.
3. HOW TO OPT IN
To receive meeting reminders, check the SMS consent box on our sign-up or checkout forms and provide your mobile number. You will receive a confirmation text. You can also text a question or "START" to (726) 567-1452. We will reply to your question. Texting us does not sign you up for meeting reminders. After we answer, we will not send further messages unless you continue the conversation or have opted in to reminders.
4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies depending on coaching sessions, or sessions you have signed up for in addition to any questions you have sent in.
5. COSTS
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier may charge standard rates under your mobile plan.
6. HOW TO OPT OUT
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us unless you opt in again. You opt out using the same number that sends you our messages. You can also email info@christerrellcoaching.com to be removed. If you are still receiving texts, contact us and we will remove you.

8. CARRIERS
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.
9. PRIVACY
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy: https://chris-terrell.mykajabi.com/privacy-policy explains how we collect and use your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message services we use to deliver our messages.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
