This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, join The Guild of Champions, or sign up for text messages from us.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Contact information: your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Account and billing information: your membership plan and payment history. Card details are handled by our payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers.
Information you share with us: what you post in the community and share on coaching calls or in messages, which may include your goals, weight, and eating habits.
Recordings: live group coaching sessions are recorded and may include your image and voice.
Technical information: your device, browser, IP address, and pages viewed on our website, collected through cookies and similar tools.
Text messaging information: your mobile number, when and how you gave consent, any opt-out requests, and message delivery records.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To provide your membership, coaching, and community access
To process payments and send billing notices
To send schedules, reminders, new content, and account updates
To send text messages you have agreed to receive
To answer your questions and provide support

3. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages limited to reminders of meeting times for The Guild of Champions and replies to customer service inquiries you have sent to us. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on the meeting schedule and your inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at support@christerrellcoaching.com. You opt in and opt out using the same number that sends you our messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message services we use to deliver our messages. Those providers may use it only to deliver our messages. All other sharing described in this policy excludes mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

With service providers that help us run our business, such as website and checkout platforms, our community platform, email and video tools, and payment processors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
With your permission, such as when you agree to let us share your success story as a testimonial, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
In connection with a sale or transfer of our business. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not included in any sharing for marketing purposes.

5. COMMUNITY CONTENT

The Company wants you to be happy with the Program, but because of the time and effort that goes into creating it.

6. COOKIES

We use cookies and similar tools to keep our website working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. DATA RETENTION

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your membership and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We keep records of text message consent, opt-ins, and opt-outs for at least four years after your last message from us, so we can show we honored your choices. After you cancel, we keep your account information for at least five years, then delete or anonymize it unless we are required to keep it longer.

8. SECURITY

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. YOUR CHOICES

Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Texts: reply STOP to any message.
Your information: contact us to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may keep information we are legally required to retain.

10. CHILDREN

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
