This is a great question and thankfully one that is very easy to answer. 

To be in a group we will look at your most recent join date.  We will simply look at the amount of time that has passed since that date to the time you're requesting to join a group. 

We use your most recent join date and not your farthest back join date.

This is a self service request. Our Time Based Marco Polo Groups are open all month long, so you can join at any time that suits your schedule. Simply fill out the form to receive your automatic group link, and you're free to participate whenever you're ready!

Your Marco Polo group link is now automatically generated and sent to you immediately upon form submission.

In most cases, you should receive it within seconds to a few minutes.

If you have Opted Out or Unsubscribed to our emails, you will not receive it. 

If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or visit the Guild Support Center for help. 

If you cancelled, you will need to request the time based group from your MOST RECENT join date. 
For example, if you first joined the Guild in November 2022, cancelled after a 8 months, then rejoined in December 2023, we will verify your most recent join date in December 2023. So you will need to join the 0-3 month group. 

You will receive your group link via email at the end of the first week of the month.

After your request to join is made we will verify your join date and then send you a link to the group.

If you do not request to join, or you do not use the link in the email sent in time (within the 1st full week of the month), you will have to wait until the following month to join. 

When you’re ready to move into the next group, please make sure to remove yourself from your current group as part of our single group participation guideline.

Once you’ve done that, simply submit the form again (or follow the provided instructions) to receive the link for the next group that aligns with your current membership duration.

This process is fully automated, ensuring a smooth transition whenever you're ready to advance.

You can only been in 1 group at a time. 

To check your join date, please follow these steps:

1. Use a Web Browser
   Make sure you are accessing the Guild website on a web browser. This feature is not available in the app.

2. Go to Your Profile Settings

   • In the top-right corner of the screen, locate your profile picture avatar (a circle icon).
   • Click on it to open a dropdown menu.

3. Navigate to 'Account Information'

   • From the dropdown menu, select Account Information.

4. Click on 'Purchase History'

   • Inside your Account Information page, click the Purchase History tab.

5. Check Your Purchases

   • Look for your subscription details under the "Your Purchases" section.
   • The join date is displayed as "Purchased on" next to your subscription details.

If you follow these steps on a web browser, you will be able to see your join date clearly. Please note that this specific feature is not supported in the Guild app, so using a browser is essential
