"Why did that happen?" you might ask. You might be wondering what is stopping you from being successful with weight loss.
It happened because while you did indeed lose weight; you did not address the cause of the weight gain. Without addressing the cause the fat will always come back!
So what is the cause? Is is food? Is it exercise? Is it bad genes? No, it is none of those things. The cause is what is going on inside your mind.
Your actions create your results. Your present body is a byproduct of years of actions. All actions are first preceded by a thought. Where do thoughts happen? Well they happen in the mind!
To release the excess fat from your body you must change what is going on inside your mind!
Food and diet is the tactics of weight loss. The mechanism of weight loss. The mental side of the journey is more important. This is where you learn to establish habits. There is where you learn how to change yourself into the person you wish to be.
